This was just something I sketched and decided to clean up. Actually...this drawing was digitally inked in on the computer! (My first time digitally inking) It was so tedious! But I liked how the lineart turned out. But it was so tedious! >_< (Yes, I have to emphasize how tedious it was) So this is basically my experimenting with shading and digital inking.

I better warn you guys: I'm on a major Burnsmithers high right now; so the next several deviations I upload will be all Burnsmithers (requited and not). :giggle: Yay for Burnsmithers!

Oooh, you tried digital inking? I did that for a period of a few months not too long ago. It helped my inking *SO* much. Suddenly I was thinking about my lines as shapes instead of just lines and... yea, it helped a lot. But the tedious part is the frustrating part. >.< I'm back to traditional inking now, but I've retained everything I learned from digital inking.
But I digress. Your lines look great~! And excellent job on the shading as well!
And *YAY* for Burnsmithers highs~! <3

I really worked hard on the shading; I wanted it to be a dark and intimate atmosphere (if that makes any sense :confused:). And that's good to know that digital inking helps with traditional inking! Shapes? Hmm...never thought about it that way. Thanks! :) For me, I'm probably going to end up switching back and forth between digital and traditional.

Oh yes! Yay for Burnsmithers highs! :boogie: :highfive:

*gasp* That's one of my favorite episodes! And that part takes the cake! I loved it especially when they linked arms and skipped around and when Smithers carried Burns! :aww: :heart:

*hums the music where they run the plant together* I love that tune! Alf Clausen is a wonderful composer! *sigh* Too bad he's not working on the movie... :(

Err...ok...enough of my babbling... ^^;
